2019 Centennial Logo Design Contest Winner

Bethany Morris 2

The Blount County Public Library is excited to announce Bethany Morris as the winner of the 2019 Centennial Logo Design Contest.

Bethany is o
riginally from Clay County, West Virginia.
She came to Tennessee to study architecture in 2003 and
graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and again in 2011 with a Master’s of Landscape Architecture.

Bethany still lives locally with her husband, son, and two spoiled dogs, and now works for the University of Tennessee, Facilities Services Design Office.  She enjoys all levels of design, from a large scale master plan to the gritty details. Her favorite part is creating something completely new.

When Bethany saw the competition announcement, she thought it would be a fun design problem and a way to use her skills to support the library.
Her engaging 3D design will be used on the Centennial Library Card and to kick off the array of exciting events and programs in 2019.
